Adolescence

Adolescence is a time of intense growth, change, and challenge.
Between the pressures of school, social dynamics, identity exploration, and a world that feels increasingly overwhelming, many teens feel lost, anxious, or misunderstood. I provide a space where adolescents aged 12–17 can show up as they are—no performance, no judgment. Together, we work through what’s coming up right now—whether that’s anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family conflict, and trying to figure out who they are in a world full of noise.

Social Media

Teens are growing up in a world where their online and offline lives constantly overlap. We explore how to navigate social media in a way that protects mental health, self-worth, and boundaries.

Friendship/Community

Peers matter more than ever in adolescence. We talk through the challenges of belonging, peer pressure, and what it means to build meaningful, authentic connections.

Self-Harm

Self-harm is often a coping strategy for overwhelming emotions. I work with teens to understand what’s underneath the behavior and build safer ways to express pain.

Age-Appropriate Sexual Health

Adolescence is a time of curiosity, exploration, and confusion. I create a safe space to talk openly about sex, consent, and developmentally normal behavior without shame.

Suicidal Ideation

When life feels too heavy to carry, it’s important not to face it alone. I help teens talk about suicidal thoughts without fear, while building safety, support, and hope. I find it very valuable to go over other culture's coming of age rituals and also provide education around identifying the difference between intrusive thoughts, urges, and behaviors.

Gender Identity

Teens deserve room to explore who they are without being rushed or judged. I support youth in expressing and understanding their gender identity on their own terms.
